Caregiver Support Groups
A support group is highly recommended to help you cope with the reality of Alzheimer’s disease, and is a great way to share your concerns with others who understand what you are going through. Whether is it your own memory loss, or you are caring for a loved one with memory loss, attending a support group is definitely time well spent.
