How to Apply for USF Health Vacancies
We accept applications in a variety of ways:
- In our office, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
- In the Application Drop-Off box located at the Campus Information Center where the permit vending machines are located.
- Via email (jobs@health.usf.edu).
- Via FAX (813/974-9673)
- Via US mail
Staff and Temporary (formerly OPS) Vacancies
Complete the USF Employment Application Form and submit it to USF Health Human Resources (see address to the right) on or before the advertised deadline date.
To claim Veteran's Preference, submit a Veteran's Preference Claim Form, Veteran's Readjustment (VEVRA) and Section 103 Form, and support documentation.
Current employees should include an Employee Position Request form with their updated application.
Helpful Hints:
- Complete the USF Employment Application Form as thoroughly as possible.
- A resume or vitae may be included as a supplement to the application, but it does not replace the need to complete all information on the application form.
- Including specific dates of employment, addresses and phone numbers for previous jobs will help you in obtaining the job you want.
- Include all previous jobs, even if they don't seem relevant to the advertised job. You can submit a cover letter that outlines how you meet the advertised qualifications if you've had varied job experiences.
Administration
Submit a resume/curriculum vitae or USF Employment Application Form to USF Health Human Resources on or before the advertised deadline date.
Faculty
Submit your curriculum vitae to the contact person listed in the advertisement.
